php33 processes withdrawal requests within three (3) business days of approval, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable security checks. php33 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. php33 reserves the right to reverse any withdrawal to a payment method that does not match the account holder's verified identity.
php33 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which php33 accepts no responsibility.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, php33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
php33's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your php33 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
php33 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. php33 will use reasonable endeavors to maintain Platform availability but accepts no liability for any downtime, technical failures, or interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
php33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination for cause, php33 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances in your account. Real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to php33.
You may close your php33 account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute between you and php33, you agree to first contact php33 customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. php33 will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
php33 operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by php33 may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
php33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, php33 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the php33 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
